I have so many cases opened in the past and now I am not able to view them. I used to use previous version of Support site where I didn't need to create another account like I just created BioRad100. I need to review old cases and take necessary actions. Please advise.

Hi @BioRad100 After moving to the community old cases are not visible anymore. In order to get the old case history, raise a ticket with Customer support and they can help you with that.

OMG this is a total pain in the ass. You should make old cased viewable. This is why you suck.
