After the upgrade from Qlik Replicate Version November 2021 (2021.11.0.469) there is an issue with the Error Handling Part on the Qlik Replicate web ui. Please look at the enclosed printscreens.
Do you have a solution to fix this problem?

I've seen this issue before and clearing browser cache/cookies usually resolves it. Please give that a try and let us know.

Thanks, I figured out that it probably was an old browser version on our side that caused the problem. After updating the browser it worked fine.
