Qlik is moving away from perpetual licenses in favor of subscription. There are more details depending on what products you use. Hello Dana when we talk about replicate and license dependent costs are we talking about vendor type i.e. Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server etc. and/or is size also relevant here.

When you purchase Qlik replicate subscription, You will be issued with validity based license which includes Source and target DB's. The same license can be used for Dev/Test/Prod environment activation.
