Qlik Replication - Latency issue

We are seeing weird spikes on the apply throughput , jumped from 45 sec to 0 sec and also latency around 60 mins.

We have checked the CPU utilization , memory utilization  and they are very low on replicate server.

From Oracle to Logstream is pretty fast but observed slowness during data load from log stream into SQL Azure service based DB.

Latency issues usually have many factors to consider and it's better handled through Support case where the team can request logs and check the environment and suggest the right solution. 

Please open a case and it will be more effective than here.
