Replicate Upgrades & R4SAP

When we upgrade QR there is the main application download (QlikReplicate_2022.11.0.394_X64.zip)
Also for those of us who use it, an SAP download (R4SAP_2022.11.0.394.zip)

I am curious as to whether the SAP transports actually *need* to be re-imported into our SAP system each upgrade.
i.e have the transports actually changed, or merely included in the downloads section for 'completeness' ?

In this case I can see that the transport file numbers match what already have installed, but cannot see if they are of a later 'version' ?
Really do not want to have to invoke out production deployment processes fi there is no need to, as it is an involved effort.

Hope someone can clarify how to tell if we have the latest already installed or not ?

Thanks

If the transport file numbers are the same, then you are good. No need to reimport. The transports have not changed in a very long time. If you are using the SAP Application (DB) endpoint then the transports really don't provide anything but the Business Groups.

So, in short, if the TP Number is the same as what has already been imported, then you are good.
