SAP Application Configuration

Hello

We are using SAP Application as source on windows server

As per the prerequisites, first we need to configure a source endpoint SAP Hana, then we can proceed with configuring the SAP application.
In the endpoint, we need to specify the database, but the customer would not give direct access to the database.
So is there any alternative for this? Can we fetch data without configuring database details?
Additionally, could you share more details regarding SAP HANA and SAP applications? How do they work?

Thanks

Mrunalsinh Patil

Hi Mrunalsinh,

In order to fetch data Replicate needs to know the database details. This is part of the required endpoint setting.

Regarding information on SAP HANA and SAP applications, all the information is available in the Replicate documentation and in the support community portal.

Regards,

Orit
