Stream component '<st_0_source_MI _Endpoint>' terminated

Hi Team,

In one of the Qlik replicate task we are getting the below errors .

we are trying to resolve but not sure why we are getting these .We tried reloading the task but after some time we are seeing the same errors again and again.

Could you please help are we missing anything.

Source: Azure SQL MI ,destination is the file format

OS: Windows

Qlik Replicate May2023 version.

We recently upgraded the Qlik from Nov 2022 to May2023 is it because of that?

Errors:

1.Stream component '<st_0_source_MI _Endpoint>' terminated
Stream component failed at subtask 0, component st_0_source_MI _Endpoint
Error executing source loop

2.LSN '<LSN number>' could not be found, neither in the transaction log nor in the backup log

Hi,
From your description it seems you are using Microsoft Azure SQL Managed Instance. We suspect that the situation you are facing is due to truncation of the Microsoft Azure SQL Managed Instance  transaction log before Replicate was able to read the LSN it needes. When working with Microsoft Azure SQL Managed Instance Replicate can not control the truncation of the Tlog. FYI -  It is also recommended in the Replicate user guide to use  Microsoft Azure SQL (MS-CDC) rather than Microsoft Azure SQL Managed Instance (see the yellow box in the following link):

If you still have more questions or work with  different configuration, please open a case for this issue and attach to the case the task diagnostic package .
