We are getting a site-not-reachable error while connecting to the web interface. The Server is up and running. Do you have any idea what could be causing this error?

1. Qlik Replicate server
2. Qlik Replicate UI server
If yes, please provide us repUICTL logs for the same.

1. Verify if VPN is connected, disconnect and try.
2. Use a different network to access
3. Access from a different browser or clear browser cache in current browser and check.

The VPN is connected properly because I can access other environments.
I tried accessing it from Edge but same results.
Tried accessing from Chrome incognito mode but same results.
I also tried accessing it from the server browser itself but was still unable to access it.
@Geetha I have also cleared the browser cache but was still unable to access it.

We need to review repuictl logs to troubleshoot the issue further [Can be found under: C:\Program Files\Attunity\Replicate\data\logs].
Please consider creating a support case and provide the required logs.

Hi @haiderpasha This might be a DNS server issue. Please try with the IP address instead of the server name to confirm/test this. If you can reach it with the IP address, please contact your server/network team for help.

The issue has been resolved after restarting the Qlik Replicate UI server service.
