Unable to clone a QDI task using export task and import task for a specific user

I am able to clone QDI task by export task, modify the json file and reimport task using my account. However my colleague encounter issue with his account while importing a json file. I have attached the error, please see screenshot.

I checked that his account has the "admin" privileges assigned.

Hi Desmond, 

The error that you get is usually manifested when the user does not have the required admin authorization. To check this point, when the user is logged in to the Replicate console I would double check (under server) his permissions.  If still, you do not find the cause of the problem, please open a case and attach to it the information + the repsrv.log for furhter troublehsooting.
