Unable to view table list in MySQL source endpoint
Hi,
I am unable to retrieve a list of table_names from source endpoint. Encounter error as attached in screenshot. It says UUID not found. Using Qlik replicate November 2022 (2022.11.0.208).
The source is MySQL RDS 8.0 and target is MySQL RDS 8.0 endpoint as well.
I am able to retrieve the table_names using the same configuration in the production Qlik server which runs on May 2021 (2021.5.0.1272)
Based on your description few things to check to make sure that they are not impacting the problem:
- When you perform 'test connection' on the mysql source endpoint does the 'test connection' succeed? - Does the version of the ODBC driver that is installed in your environment meets the prerequisite? i.e. : As indicated in the prerequisite section of mysql source endpoint you have to make sure that you are working with : "MySQL ODBC Unicode Driver 64-bit version 8.0.30" - is this the ODBC version you are woking with? - Please use the latest service pack of 2022.11 as there have been several product issues that their fix are included in the latest SP. If after checking the above point the problem still persists please open a case and attach to the case the task diagnostic package and the exact error message that you get for further troubleshooting.
