replace '\' with '\\' in JSON file format issue

We have to replace '\' with '\\' in JSON file format. However, JSON retruns '\\\\'.

replace($NAME,'\','\\')

The CSV format returns result correctly. How to fix this issue?

Any help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
