For Qlik Replicate certification exams, the retake policy works as follows:
If a candidate does not pass an exam, the retake option becomes available automatically after 24 hours.
A maximum of 3 total attempts is allowed per exam.
The retake option will appear in your certification portal once the 24-hour waiting period has passed.
If the option is not visible yet, please ensure:
At least 24 hours have elapsed since the previous attempt.
You are logged in using the same Qlik account that was used for the exam.
You refresh or re-login to the certification portal.
If the issue persists after 24 hours, it is recommended to follow up on your existing support request, including your exam name, date of attempt, and registered email ID, so the team can review your account status.
