How to create usage reports in Qlik Sense

Please let me know How to create User Summary Reports in Qlik Sense , how those reports are getting used. Some statistic related questions that they requested are

- How many times reports have been used in a time period

- Which are the top 10 used reports

- Which filters are the most used in a report
