Greetings,
I use the following calculation to determine how many business days an action was in house before being closed - or currently in house if still open.
if(Status='Closed',NetWorkDays(DateReceived,ClosedDate,$(vHolidays)) ,NetWorkDays(DateReceived,today(),$(vHolidays)))
This function is supposed to return an integer, but sorting does not work on this column in a table. I set the sort order to be numerical ascending, but no settings appear to make a difference.
Does anybody know why the table behaves this way?
Thanks,
Mark
I don't think it should behave like this, would you be able to share a sample?
What happens if you click on the column heading? Looks like order is load order, you should be able to change order from sorting options in properties.
I tried modifying the sort options - doesn't work. Below are 2 screenshots where I tried changing the sort order by clicking on the column heading note the arrow ... -Mark
