hi collegues, I have a problem when I try to update to the version of April 2019, it does not appear the option to update, it seems like it did not detect the previous version (November 2019 patch 1),in the attachment are the images.

I have items for 3 months and they are under same "month" field but grouped by April, May, June. 

Under each month, there are managers and there are employees under each manager. 

What I'm trying to do is getting percentage that accumulates from employees to manager then to  each month. 

Eventually totaling up to 100%.  

I can get the percentage breakdown of employees, but it doesn't accumulate accordingly. Also, The table sums all the items for all 3 months and gets the percentage which give me around 30% for each month.  I want sum of total items separately so it will give me total of 100% for each month but I can't figure out how.

Here is the expression that I used 

SUM([Item1])/Sum(total<Employees, Manager>Item1)

and there is the snapshot of part of my pivot table. Thank you for your help!

I have implemented minichart functionality in qliksense desktop it's working fine .when I published the app it's not working. I have add conditional dotted color circle in table object it's working at desktop level, once I published the app color condition it's not working  the dotted circle displaying as single black color circle . Other Images like triangle and squares are working fine.

I have added an SSL certificate to my Qlik test environment, Sept 2018 sp4 on an Azure VM. But I still get the message that the certificate is not secure in Chrome.

I followed the steps in this article: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/AdministerQSEoK/Content/Sense_QMC/change-to-signed-server-proxy-certificate.htm
and in this one, https://support.qlik.com/articles/000005458. 

But it doesn't work as expected.

So what I did so far:

• Created the DNS rule with the correct surfix, same as the SSL certificate.
• Imported the certificate in the MMC
• Copied the thumbprint to the proxy SSL.
• I can reach my VM through RDP with the DNS name

What can I check or change to see what is going wrong. Because in the past, and on our production environment this is working, with another SSL certificate.

I am using an excel spreadsheet to load my data and have the employee activity with the timestamp. Is there a way to display the timestamp within a drill down? I'm not able to determine how to display the time in the field. When I'm loading the data in the data manager it is identifying it as a timestamp.  Would like to show the activity by day plotted by time within the bar graph.

I need to extract/filter the data from the same column ("Business Partner Number") based on the values ​​in another column  ("Partner Function") as shown in the example:

The scrip worked correctly but I can not use both columns at the same time .. if I select one the other is disabled 😑

Within my app, I am using the slider  to limit down the number of top customers you see within a Bar Chart.

I am able to get the slider to work and show the correct amount of Customers within the Chart but I can't get the chart to show "Others".

I've tried just about everything and completely lost.

My variable is vCust and below is my formula used.

sum({<[Customer]={'=Rank(Sum([Revenue (USD)]))<=$(vCust)'}>}[Revenue (USD)])

Any way I can show "Others"?

I had a similar issue. So I have two columns, PART AND CUBES, with one to many relationship.(one PART can have many CUBES or a PART can have no CUBE).
Scenario: If I select 3 PARTS which have 2 CUBES, wherein 2 PARTS have 2 CUBES and 1 PART has no CUBE. I want a count of all the CUBES plus any PART which has no CUBES.

Please I need help creating rolling 13 months on a bar chart. The code below works well for last month's metrics but I need to do rolling 13 months. I need to get remaining inventory for each month for the last 13 months excluding current month.

The code below gives me a count of distinct issue ID where created date is less than current month and status not equal to done or closed plus distinct issue ID where created date is less than current month  and closed date  is >= month start today.
