Alerts Tools not working when reload from qlikview publisher?

I have made a qvw file with alert system. I already mark the "batch" mode in alert tools setup. Everything is ok when i reload manually from desktop. But, when i reload from qlikview publisher (QDS), i didn't receive the email alert.

Does anyone have any advise?
