Allow Creation of Server Objects unsetting on EDX reload

We have a qvw that is reloaded via Publisher using an EDX triggered reload.  But after setting Allow Creation of Server Objects, it sets ok but is unset when the EDX triggered reload runs.

All remains ok when run with a scheduled trigger.

Has any one else come across this ?
