Assign group to document CAL

In QMC it's possible to Assign groups to a document (in the CAL part). But the licenses are user based.

In what scenario it would be a good choice to put groups there? i don't see the purpose here.

Only to put dynamic on and create a pool of CALs (and clean them ones in a while)

Hi Amien,

it's not possible to Assign groups to a document or reserve a type of CAL exclusively for users of a specific AD Group.

Doc CALs can't be assigned to a group but users individually. Check:: assigning DOC document CALS to groups in QMC
