DSC ,QVMS & QVS not running in QMC

Hi All,

I have an issue in QMC, three services DSC, QVWS & QVS are not running.

I have restarted the Server and Services but till now 3 services are down.

Below is the error screenshot.

Are these services installed on same computer that the QlikView Management Service (QMS) is installed? If not, are the appropriate ports open for the services to allow for communication? Are the services shown as running the Windows Server Services applet? How are the services authenticated - AD group or certificates?
