Document CAL applied and assigned, but the QVW is not visible on Access Point?

Hi All,

I have some Document CALs available and have assigned one of it to one of the user. I can see that under System>>Licenses>>QVServer>>CALs tab.

It is also applied in the User Documents>>particular document in Document CAL.

But my issue is that when I log in using the particular User ID (authentication is NTFS) into Access Point, the document is NOT visible.

Is there anything else I am missing?

I am agree with Bill here. some times if document is not distributed properly. i.e

we can distribute that document to particular user or list of user while creating the job.
