Has anyone managed to get document chaining to work through the IE plug-in. We have just upgraded to QlikView V9 SR5 (from V8.5) in order to use this functionality but as yet I can't get this working. I have it working within the desktop/developer environment bu tnot via the plug-in.
Are you using Small Business Edition? We recently discovered that, apprently, the feature is not supported in this version.
The reason is that it uses Temporary Anonymous Server Bookmarks, a feature that is only supported for Enterprise Edition (Collaboration) and is set via QEMC > System > Setup > QlikView Servers > Documents > Allow Anonymous server bookmark collaboration.
I don't believe we are using small business edition, no. I have that setting you described checked already in the QEMC but still have no success using this function through the plug-in. Any other suggestions?
