Dynamic Report busrsting in email to users(Nprinting/qlikview)

Dear All,

We have following requirement in our 11.2 SR12 Qlikview environment.

We have a Qlikview dashboard for Helpdesk. In one of the straight table we are tracking the Target SLA date for tickets. we wanted to send email alert to responsible IT user 2 days before Target SLA Date reaches.

We have users email adress available in our Qlikview dashboard. How dynamically we can send email to users with their ticket details only(each user 1 email with the ticket details about to miss SLA) to them by email? Also how we can pick these emails to receipents list dynamically.

please share your thoughts.
