Email not sent on Task Reload Failure

Hi,

I have a Qlikview server without publisher. I have configured the Mail server setting and test email works fine.

I have added the email address in Alerts tab of Qlikview server too.

But when a task reload failures I m not receiving any emails and I dont find Information Sending Alert mail in Task Logs files too.
