Error Message while reloading

Dear all,

When applications reloads in server and it fails it create a liof file and a message use to show in Latest Log Meassge field in Server.

and we can send this message to user through mail,

but can we send the latest log file also as attachment.

or in the error message it shows the error count, can we put the error  message instead of error count in Log file error message.

Please suggest its urgent.
