The Qlikiew app is on a dedicated server There is no section access The document is not corrupted The folder where the document resides can be accessed as the qvw is available to share for everyone The access point website is working fine The services are all up and running There are no messages in the Windows log files There are plenty of license available
I don't see any GUI in your area. This is something different than what question asked. so, I quiet look your request only instead all together into same page
For now, I may ask this - Is there any error while opening the QVW or it navigate to empty page?

Were you able to resolve this issue? Did you check if the folder has any security implemented such that only people in a particular AD group would only be able to access.
Go to QMC and under users tab please check what group access he has.
