Hi All,
In one of my application i incorporated the google map using API. the map is working fine when i open qvw file in my local PC but i am not able to see the map on server. i can see the bubbles on scatter chart but google map is not appearing. I checked and made sure that The Windows Account running the QVS service have internet access . Could you anyone suggest is there any other settings do i need to modify to work google maps on server?
Thanks for your help in advance.

		Hi,
I do that :
1) Login to Windows with the account specified for startup of QVS service.
2) Configure proper proxy setting at IE properties.
3) Restart QVS service.
Try it out.

When I had exactly the same problem, it was indeed the internet access settings for the user on the server that runs the QVS service. Specifically, the resolution was:
You should be able to browse the internet freely when logged in as this user. Additionally, you can directly test the map is being retrieved correctly by doing the following in QV desktop:

		Hi,
I have the same problem.
When i open QlikView Desktop on my PC or server, the map is working fine. But when i open the document in Access Point i have only bubbles without the map behind.
For information:
- QlikView Server and Desktop are in 11 version.
- When i run internet explorer on server (with the account that runs all QlikView services), i access to all web sites.
- With this account i bypass the proxy
- When the network team study network logs, they don't see any connection attempt to internet.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Aurélien
