Hidden sheets tab on Qlikview Plugin

Hello,

i'm on Qlikview 9 SR6 , a lot of persons is using Qlikview through the IE plugin with "almost" no problem

i have a strange behavior with one of my collegue, in only one application. When he opens the application he has no Sheet tab (for the other applications there is no issue). When i open the same application i have no problem, i can see the Sheet tab.

Is anyone have an idea ?
