How to distribute documents to different servers in a cluster?

Hello , We are planning to implement a cluser with a SAN.

Server 1 :Preloaded with documents A,B,C

Server 2: Preloaded with Documents C,D,E

How is this possible ...to have specific documents distributed to specific servers?
