How to easily switch from QVWS to IIS ?

Hello,

I have always used QVWS for my QlikView server because it's really easy and powerful but because of a feature I really need to change (Keep Alive feature to disable), I may have to switch to IIS.

Is there an easy way or procedure to stop QVWS and quickly change to IIS ?

I'm using NTLM authentification on one server and Custom User on another one. Is it easy to do that too with IIS ?

I'm on Windows Server 2012
