Install connector on server?

We have developed a custom QV Connector for Zendesk which works great on my local installation of Qlikview, but I can't seem to find any information on how to install the connector on our Qlikview server. On my local computer the connector is installed on this path:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Custom Data\ZendeskQvConnector

Any help or links to manuals etc are welcome!

Did you ever find out how to solve this?

I am facing the exact same problem with a different connector.
