Issue with Aggregate Operator

Dear Community,

  I am trying to configure aggregate operator in Rule Editor and  unable to find conditional parameter in drop down list as illustrated in attached file.

help me out.

The above issue is sorted out. I find the mismatch of data type between input and output fields.
