Loading Data from a Website (HTML Table) including Images into Qlikview?

Dears,

I'm trying to load the World Temperatures Data  from this URL https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/?sort=1

from that table i'm able to read the City ,Day Time and Temp but i'm unable to read the temp Image..

so please anyone suggest how to read the image from website HTML table into Qlikview?

Kindly find the attached Qlikview file.
