Mail sending Failure from One group mail box to Onother

Hi All,

I am sending mail from One group mail box to another using  qlikview alert. when schedule run it return me below mail

with sub ject

"your email sent to has not been Recorded in GIS Servive Manager System".

Has any one face this issue .quick response will be highly appreciated.
