Migrate publish tasks to new server?

I am upgrading from an existing  Qlikview Server/Publisher 12.10.20400.0 to a new server  12.60.20200.0.

How do I ensure all tasks are migrated over ?

I copied over the C:\ProgramData\QlikTech but am not seeing the tasks.  I don't want to move the license to the new server until I have everything copied over so I can ensure minimum donw time.

Qlik has some documentation on how to migrate Publisher Tasks to a new server. Have a look at the following:
