Hi!,
We have severals missings cals on a server, I know that they can be cals assigned to deleted documents, and the step to solve this problem is :
1. Stopped all Qlikview Services.
2. Deleted all CalData.pgo
3. Restart all Qlikview Services.
4. Allocate all licences once again.
What I don't know is if the users will lose all their sheets and objects when I do this, does anybody know?
User objects and sheets are stored into .Shared (or .TShared) files, deleting the PGO will not affect those.
Make sure you backup the PGO file first, just in case.
