Missing session logs after web service restart

Hello everyone

After change in the config.xml file (changed the authenantification type from NTLM to basic)  and restarted the QVWS (web service) I can not log to accesspoint anymore or have the session log (normal since I can't log to accesspoint)

what do you think is the problem?
