Multiple Qlikview Sessions / No of Documents for a single user

Hi all,

Some of our users are currently facing issue of very slow response time while accessing their dashboard. Most of the users have access to one or max two or three dashboards. But on some bad day the number of documents displayed in the Qlikview Management console for each user increases for more than one time. E.g. please find below a user who has access to only one dashboard but the number of documents/sessions shown in Mgmg Console is 106. This issue isn't consistent and only happens on some days.

We are using Qlikview Server 11.2 SR12

Can you please suggest what is cause and the solution for this issue?
