No Server in Access Pooint in QlikView 12 SR7

Hi,

We upgraded our environment from QV11 SR5 to QV12 SR7. All went well except the following issue. Any suggestion will help us as we are stuck here.

Issue:

Web server is showing disconnected in QMC.

When we checked the web server setting in QMC and we found that the directory service connectors are missing:

When we check the Web Server Logs, we found the following Error:
