No connection with Qlik NPrinting Server when On-Demand is clicked in the Access Point Qlikview

Hi good afternoon I need some help to know why I can't connect the ondemnad (access point) to nprinting?

Note: Qlikview and nprinting are in different servers.

Hi, 

Is your qlikview server host or IP set as a trusted origin on your NPrinting server? Is your user connected to the accesspoint granted with sufficient rights in Nprinting to access on-demand?

Also, have you able to check that your config follow these requirements :
