Performance issue for only one user

Hi All,

I have a dashboard published in AccessPoint. All the features are working fine for all the Users with good performance except for one user.

For this User, "Export to PPT" functionality built using macro does not work. and also the performance is poor for this User.

Any suggestions on what is causing this issue?

Is he using the same browser and version as everyone else?

Login that user on another machine.

If works the problem is local machine (browser version maybe).
