Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to detect if IE hs the plug in added? I want to pass the end user to a help page where they can try to insall the plug in, or raise a ticket with our IT helpdesk if they do not have access rights.
From the QlikView log files I can see which computers have accessed documents previously (so by default must have the plugin instlled), however can not pass th compute name through from the client side.
The other alternative would be to detect the plugin on the client PC and use this, but I'm not sure how to do this.
