Problem Email Alerts

Hi!

I have a problem with email alerts, when When I input a valid email and press apply the value is not preserved...

Then press Apply and appears this

I'm using QlikView Server 12.0.20400.0 with QlikView Publisher and it is clustered.

Some solution?
