Problem in custom login page

Users are getting into the system usring Default login page. But while using custom login page, it's not allowing.

Any fix ?

This is actually working by changing authentication methods.

Which configurations did you do to use CUSTOM LOGIN PAGE? I have tried everything but i can just get "Authentication Failed" window/message.

I have a java web application and i wanna pass its user session to qlikview. Do you have any idea?

Enable anonymous access in the webserver.
