Problems with server version 10 installation

We have just attempted to insttall Qlikview Server 10 and have found that our current version 9 server license is not transferable. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so who was it overcome?

I encountered the same problem but the publisher's license in my case accepted version 9's license.

maybe the only solution is to contact qlikview if your a company partner..
