Publisher 9 not showing all available docs

I am setting up our new QV9 Publisher and I have entered the Root folder and a mounted folder. In the Management Console on the "User Documents" tab I see all the avaliable QVW files under both of those folders. However, when I switch to the "Source Documents" tab I can only see the QVWs from the Root folder. I also do not find any place to register Source Docs similar to the older QVP 8 - the files just appeared in the Source Docs tab.

I just found this on Page 3 of the QlikView 9 Build 7119 Release Notes:

"The documents located in subfolders to the mounted or document folder are not displayed in the correct location"

So I guess that might answer my question.
