QDS Disconnected

We have a qlikview server deployed with publisher - QV11 SR3

Recently, I periodically see in the QMC the message "QDS@**** is down". In most cases, it resolves itself after a short period (<1 min). This happens frequently over the course of the day and has only recently become a problem although I've seen no noticeable impact in performance or operational capability........????

I've looked extensively for any clues via log files (qlikview and windows), reference manuals, and the community but can not seem to find any leads suggesting what is the root cause of this....and much less how to address it correctly.

Any advice would be immensely helpful.

We've since updated the qlikview server to 11.2 SR5 but are still experiencing the issue with QDS becoming disconnected several times a day.

Anyone have any insight?
