QMC URL dont work if different "localhost" or FQDN
FQDN host with QVS - "srv-qlik01.ad.domain.com" and If I go to the link http://srv-qlik01.ad.domain.com:4780/QMC all works perfectly
If I go to the link http://localhost:4780/QMC/ - everything works fine. Local Address QVS is 192.168.22.110
I made changes to the hosts file on QVS machine:
192.168.22.110 qlik.domain.com
And i try to link http://qlik.domain.com:4780/QMC/ QMC asks for a username and password and does not accept it. Why? If i try to this link with another machine in local network - login and password accepted. How can I fix it?

Have a look here: Re: Changing default URL for QMC and here: Scrap the long QlikView URL – use a friendly URL instead.

Hi,
Is 127.0.0.1 IP commanded in host file?
Can you please show me your host file?

Before write here, I read this community for many hours. Topic "Scrap the long QlikView URL – use a friendly URL instead" about user-friendly URL QVAP and with this I have no problem! Topic about change the default URL for QMC - this is not about my problem too. This topic Cannot log in into Qlik Sense QMC by domain address discussed my case. But he closed with a note "solved" and the moderator has rejected my message there.
Does anyone have any other ideas?

The answers from my links are that this isn't directly possible and won't be supported from qlik but it might be possible by using an external redirection (therefore I added the url-scrapping link because it described a redirection briefly).
Beside them why do you want to change these qmc-url - normally only a small group of advanced user will get access to the qmc?

Here is my hosts file. If I uncomment the line "127.0.0.1 localhost" - it does not help. If you add this line to hosts file on another machine on the LAN - everything works perfectly. It does not work only on the server where installed QlikView.

Your USER ID should be added in Qlikview administrators user list on Windows server user groups

Of course, user is added to the Administrators group of QlikView. The problem is not chenstve group. On another computer I get access with these credentials. It does not work only on the server where installed QlikView. You can repeat this for yourself. Edit the hosts file line: 127.0.0.1 qlik.domain.com and try to get the link http://qlik.domain.com:4780/QMC
