QV web server authentication problem

Hello

I have trouble when I made the authentication on QlikView web server to be based on web form then only users who belong to the group QlikView Administrators are able to log in to the QlikView Access point

However when I make the authentication based on default authentication (Web browser), then I face no problem

Actually I need to make the authentication to be form based because some users use Samsung tablets to access the QlikView Access point and the default pop up that comes for the users to supply their cridentials doesn't appear on such tablets

Please advise

Can you give basic authentication and try it?

Basic authentication works fine with internet explorer but doesn't work on Samsung tablets (Android) and when I put form authentication only users in QlikView Administrators group are able to log in to access point via internet explorer and tablet the rest of the users are not able to login
