QlikView file not visible in Access Point

Hi,

A business user is unable to see the xyz.qvw report through the access point. I am using the NTFS authorization mode. xyz.qvw is in the default category in the access point. So when other users search for the report in the access point, they can see it. Since I am using NTFS authorization, I added the business user to that role. That role is already available to the folder and its contents. The two roles are highlighted in yellow in the attached screenshot.

Please let me know what needs to be done so the user can see the report through the access point.

This user might be restricted by any access-setting like its membership to an user-group which is limited within any part of the full-path.

Another look may go to an activated section access which could (optional) also be filtering the apps to the listed users.
