Qlikview Distribution Service error

Hi, I have some questions about Qlikview. 1) What does the "not enough storage" error message mean?  How to fix the error? Error message: "An unexpected error occurred while trying to update load balancer file, C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\LoadBalancer.xml. Exception=System.IO.IOException: Not enough storage is available to process this command. ||  ||    at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) ||    at System.IO.FileStream.WriteCore(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count) ||    at System.IO.FileStream.FlushWrite(Boolean calledFromFinalizer) ||    at System.IO.FileStream.Dispose(Boolean disposing) ||    at System.IO.Stream.Close() ||    at QDSMain.Clustering.ClusterFileHandler.Dispose() ||    at QDSMain.LoadBalancer.MeasureLoad() " 2) Qlikview reserves disk space for virtual memory. After the disk space is reserved, will Qlikview make the space unavailable to other applications? Will Windows reduce the size of free disk space after Qlikview reserves it? 3) There is no Publisher license on our development server,  but we still see the Qlikview Distribution service running on the server. Is this a problem or not?  Besides the Publisher uses the Qlikview Distribution service, what else uses the Qlikview Distribution service? Does Qlikview need Distribution service when reloading a qvw file within the Qlikview development client tool?
